How to Make a Threat Assessment Team Work in Your School

Participants will learn about the importance of creating multi-disciplinary teams that are trained together and continue to work together. Topics to be addressed include how to create a team, train a team, keep a team learning, and how to be ready to address a potential threat. School teams will address what has worked for them, what challenges they've encountered, and how they have addressed these challenges.
